The meeting held on 20th December was honoured by the presence ofWBro Alan Fairhurst the Provincial Junior Warden.  After the general business of the lodge had been concluded, the Worshipful Master WBro Stephen Lyon and his team advanced Bros Bob James and Ian Jackson to Mark Master Masons.   The acting Senior Deacon for the night was WBro Bryan Humphries who took the two candidates around the lodge ably assisted by the Junior Deacon WBro Tony Cross.  (Both of whom got double wages on the night.)   Everyone had fun in a well worked ceremony.  Both candidates said afterwards how much they had enjoyed their evening.

After the work in the lodge room was finished everyone enjoyed a traditional Christmas festive board and the spirit of the season was more than evident.  In response to the toast to his health the Worshipful Master Stephen Lyon welcomed the two new members and thanked his team for their support during the ceremony.  He also went on to mention the Mark Social Evening at Hope Street on 28th January 2017; which has been organised by WBro Mike Winterbottom the PGM’s special Rep for the Liverpool Mark Lodges. (For tickets please contact, Mike Winterbottom or your Lodge Association Rep.)
